ANNOUNCEMENTS
APRIL 2026
ADT Transitioned Customers
Customers that have officially been transferred to ADT are NOT eligible to be serviced, upgraded or upsold or contacted in anyway. Customers who are calling you individually should be instructed to reach out to ADT directly at 1-844-747-9111. It is very important we do not make any attempt to service these customers - so anyone choosing to work Rapid lists or generate their own service calls - these customers are OFF LIMITS.

The Waters are Calming Soon
Technicians may have noticed their boards becoming increasingly light. While we understand this can be challenging, not just for you individually, but for your families, opportunities are coming soon - including a couple of new partnerships! The first, becoming the exclusive go to; on-site technicians for Eufy systems (think beyond cameras; think alarms, vacuums, door locks, etc). This will provide us with potential leads to installations - more opportunities to provide added security or enhancements to their existing equipment and building a network for a whole new market of customers - becoming their go to technician for all things smart home related.

The other is a partnership from North America's largest, privately owned alarm company out of Canada. API Alarm Inc. will be looking to SHS to provide technical and service support to many of their customers across the United States as they prepare to grow their business into 2026.

We are also in the process of finalizing and approving printed door hangers for those individuals who don't mind to get out on a nice, bright, warm day and market within their own neighborhoods and areas of coverage. These door hangers will be complete with areas to write or print your name and number, so that the technician can receive the sale and commission. It will be VERY important to understand the payroll guidelines and requirements for new system sales - SO, please contact Dan for more details.

MINIMUM REQUIRED INVENTORY
Technicians are required to carry a minimum required inventory in their vehicles at all times. That list can be found here as well as in the Inventory section of the Technician Portal. Failure to have the required amounts will result in a lower technician score, which can lead to suspensions, closed boards or termination. BE PREPARED. The MINIMUM REQUIRED INVENTORY is reasonable, low amount of equipment/supplies and you will not be disciplined or dinged for not having anything that isn't on the list. Please review MONTHLY.

Rapid Response After Hours Support
We are looking for a few individuals who would like to make some extra cash by volunteering to take after hours support calls on weekends from Rapid Response. These calls are generally quick, procedural issues regarding panel access and use. In most cases, Rapid is able to assist these customers, but may be simply looking for some additional technical assistance or permissions. These calls (when tracked) can pay a half a call to the technician. All that's required is the account number to give to your payroll rep.

If you are interested in being added to a rotating schedule, please call or text Dan!
